Well it's Labor Day weekend! The unofficial end of Summer. Usually a big weekend of cooking and eating it looks like a bit of a damp weekend here and probably anywhere along the Gulf coast what with tropical depression 13 off the coast of Louisiana. It's predicted to bring up to as much as 24 inches of rain to the area over the next four days so grilling outdoors might not be possible.
I'm not sure what we'll be cooking but, maybe we'll opt to go out to eat sometime over the weekend. Only problem with that idea is I DON"T think I'm the only one to come up with that idea and I'm sure the restaurants will be crowded. Oh well, we'll see what ideas we come up with here.
What ch'all cookin' and eatin' this Labor Day weekend?
