This Saturday Q is a London broil for the grill. First the marinade of olive oil, lime juice, course ground black mustard seed, dry sherry, fish sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, chopped ginger, chopped garlic, chopped dried Tabasco pepper, and sliced green onion. Next I seasoned the LB with coarse ground black and into the marinade we go Felt like having a foil pack spud augratin. Got the swiss and cheddar with onions and garlic and the spuds ready A little heavy on the milk. I thick it will be alright! Pecan chunks are waiting for the red pepper Crap, I forgot to buy a red bell pepper Oh well, Miss Elsie is ready for barbie Sear baby Sear!!! Used the feel method to test for doneness Yea baby, got it right. Just the way the Misses likes it, medium rare Made some yard Japanese eggplant, crimi mushroom, red onion and fresh pineapple kabobs to go with this. Used Good Seasoning's herb garlic dressing for the marinade. All was yum, yum. Going to have some good lunch sammies this week -JimZ

Hey Vindi, I forgot to reply. I sliced up this roast for my lunch meat this week. I got a sammie waiting for you Vindi on some nice sour dough bread ;D-JimZ

Nate had my sammies on Ziggy's sourdough bread from "Maple Street Patisserie" . Man were they a good combo. Go check him out on Maple and Adams St. He makes some very good stuff there -JimZ
