Squirt you made me do it! Thanks. Love Cajun Power. The first thing I did was make a small batch of spud salad with lots of celery, fresh dill, chopped boiled egg, mayo, yogurt, parsley, and the kitchen sink. Now to to get the bird marinating with some Cajun Power. Bought a whole chicken and cut it in half. While that is waiting, time to roast another red bell on some pecan chunks The bird is waiting and ready Grill Baby Grill!! Ding, Ding, Ding! Time to eat!! ;D Thanks Cat for the inspiration. All was good and yum -JimZ

What do you do with all those peppers? I always see them charred but dont recall seeing them on the plate.

Sorry Vindi, I am some times bad at posting the vini dish. I was raised that when the meal is finished, eat!!. No playing around!!!!!!LOL. I get those peppers on top the wood chunks to get them smokey. After I cool them down in ice water I slice the pepper head to toe about 3/8inch thick +-. I put that in a bowl, Kosher salt and crs grnd pepper, good dose of Virgin Olive oil, and a little vinegar(red wine, balsomic, etc). Old photo They go great on lunch sammies, salads, and one of you great creations PIZZA!!!! ;D ;D ;D-JimZ
