Put these ribs on a 2 and took them off at 5 cooked at 250 with a little apple wood. The have a Memphis rub and lightly brushed with a Memphis sauce. Served with homemade tater salad and baked beans.

Crap Jess that is not fare. I have been working long hours on my new construction project and have no time to cook or eat when I get home. Dang that stuff looks excellentrio ;D. So much for my forin languish skills. That is nice -JimZ
