I have got to learn to wait for the camera to forus before I click the damn thing. Anyway blurry but it was pretty darn good. I rub down the butt with a Coffee BBQUE Rub from Galena. I used a Fire Roasted Jalapeno Honey BBQ from Galena Illinois. Pretty darn good. Homemade coleslaw with a Serrano Honey Balsamic Vinegar. Plus fried green tomatoes This was a 12 hour cook.

Yes they do! The nice thing about it is that you can order on line. The www.galenagarlic.com and www.galenacanning.com. We were there for three days between me and the wife we spent way too much money! But it was fun and I brought back some amazing rubs, spices and sauces. We stayed at a place called the Stoney Creek Inn---Great Place!

You have that right on the Balsamic. We brought back a Serrano Honey, a Coconut and a Lime Olive Oil. I really should stay out of that place. It could of bankrupted me!! ;D
Do you mean Springfield? Where is Springpatch? or is that another name for Springfield?
