I thought I would try some Pork Jerky this time. I took out a pork loin saturday night really thinking it would slice right up frozen at -10° F WRONG. So I put it in the fridge and sliced it up this morning, soaked it in Lems Jerky Brine, #1 Cure and now getting a real late start in the smoker..... Pictures so far... In for a hour of just heat Be back later

All done, I tell yah a fan mod is in my future. this late night smokins for the night owls. Taste great!!

Interesting! Never had pork jerky. Had more unconventional but, not pork. Looks good!

Oberto recently came out with a pork jerky and it is outstanding. I figured if they could make it so could I.

Oh man? What did you go and do that for? ;D Now I've got to try it. Never had pork jerky. I've got the equipment now I've got to go buy the pork. Pork Jerky-----should be interesting.
