Jess’s Homemade Steak Sauce
Makes: 20 ServingsTotal Time: 1 hr 30 min Submitted by: rhodeje Category: Sauces/Marinades Sub Category: Sauces and Marinades
what you need • 1/2 Chopped Onion • 1 tbls of olive oil • 2 tbls of molasses • 1/4 cup of Worcestershire sauce • 1/4 cup of soy sauce • 1/4 cup of orange juice • 1/4 cup of a good chili sauce • 2 tbls of balsamic vinegar • 2 tbls of red wine vinegar • 2 tbls of apple cider vinegar • 1/4 cup of raisin • 2 teaspoons of garlic powder • 1 1/2 tbs of pepper corn • 2 tbls of chicken base • 2 tbls of beef base • 1 whole chopped jalapeno seeded and deveined • 2 tbls of Gator Sauce or Franks Hot Sauce • 1 tbls of Srirachi Sauce • 1 cup of water make it Mix all. Bring to a boil once at a boil turn down to a simmer for 45 mins. Let cool to a warm state. Put in a blender and blend until smooth. Notes Can be served over steaks, burgers or whatever you would like. Enjoy.
