Come to think of it, Barbie was a chick. Decided to have some boneless skinless chicken breast on the BBQ. First the marinade of olive oil, fresh lemon juice and lemon pieces, chopped garlic and fresh ginger, honey, and left to right- oster sauce, sesame oil, Sambal Oelek chili sauce, and fish sauce. Get some JimZ fresh Kielbasa on to smoke with Pecan wood. Side note, Sage plant is looking nice and healthy. That is a bay leaf bush in the back Breasts are done as every thing else. That is a foil pack of fresh cauliflower And all was yum -JimZ

Thanks my forum friends. Key I make small batches and freeze them. One weekend I make one 8lb+- butt batch of fresh Kielbasa sausage and the next weekend another 8Lb+- batch of Spicy Country Sage sausage. I enjoy making sausage so if I make too much I will not get to make more for a long time. Got two porkie butts in the ice box waiting ;D Vindie yea your right, love that sausage. Got to make some Sammy P bratts. Recipe from a Milw. friend's Uncle. Rhodeje love doing things off the cuff with marinades. You can always do better then what you buy at the store, most of the time Have a good weekend my forum friends -JimZ
