Saturday I got the bug to makes some pizza. So I went ahead and made a dough ball that afternoon. This dough ball will go back in the fridge till Sunday morning to get happy. Fast forward to later in the day Sunday. Half that risen dough ball will make two 12-14 inch pies. Got this bad boy all put together. Sauce, mozz. cheeze, veggies: onions, red bell pepper, garlic slices, and mushrooms, meats: Andouille sausage, and home made bulk Italian sausage in little pieces. In the oven it goes. And out the oven it comes. Two slices for my dinner. Nice crumb, and crust. And all was delish!!!
