This was my Friday night dinner. I made a mix of Zat's mustard and maple syrup to spread on top of the salmon fillet. That was all. In the oven 350 degree oven it went with the convection fan on. I figured 15 minutes would be the right amount of time for the fillet to bake. With the meal I made parsley boiled potatoes and honey peas. The sauce I made was sumac garlic aioli. Good stuff. Every thing was delish, and I ate the whole plate, yum.
