I did a small Apple Butter Pork Loin on the grill for a little smoke flavor. Sides were green beans with andouille and potatoes, spinach and crispy fried smashed potatoes over a baby spring salad mix with a vinaigrette drizzled over. Pardon the messy plating.

I like that idea of using apple butter. I never thought of that. I have read a few recipes using Asian peanut sauce that I thought would be good. Apple butter will be on my list. Good cook you made there, Nate!
