This morning I did a lil prep work for this evening's dinner. Got a small sirloin tip pork roast stuffed with garlic and seasoned and resting in the fridge until later this afternoon when it will go on the grill for a little smoke and roasting. Then I roasted and diced a nice sized jalapeno pepper. This went into a apricot/pineapple glaze with white balsamic vinegar I made for the pork roast. I still need to figure out what other side to go with the pork and baked sweet potatoes.

That sliced pork roast is a sight of beauty, Nate. I get excited when I see a nice chunk of garlic, LOL!!!
