I hadn't been cooking for over a week here. A couple of weeks ago I cooked 5 lbs of red beans and packaged most in containers big enough for dinners and froze. Yesterday I put one container in the slow cooker to heat up for dinner. As it got closer to dinnertime I made a cornbread to have with the beans. No, that's not ketchup. It's a Louisiana hot sauce.
