This morning I injected about a 6 lb chicken with chicken broth and some Cajun Bait seasoning mixed in. After letting it air dry in the fridge I put it on the Keg to roast. This is about fifteen minutes before I took it off the grill. Done and served with white cheese shells and cheese, broccoli, bread crumbs and cheese and grilled fresh pineapple slices. Chicken was tender, juicy and tasty!
