Not steaming mad, but steaming a wild caught Keta Salmon filet. Simple seasoning on the salmon before steaming. Felt like a Oriental flavor. So I drizzled on some lemon juice, followed by a sprinkling of 5 Spice Powder, then I slathered on some Hoison sauce. In the steamer the salmon went for 20 minutes. I was going to make spuds, but changed my mind to brown Basmati rice. For veggie I saute sliced yellow squash with onions, mushrooms and diced Roma mater. I made Sumac Garlic Aioli sauce on the side.Lets eat!! The squash medley is tasty. And the Salmon was very good. Home made sour dough bread and butter cleaned the plate. Pretty darn good meal if I say so my self.
