I was in the mood for this meal again. So Sunday I made a small batch of Gumbo Sunday. Got to have some French bread and butter to clean the bowl. Besides having chopped garlic in the seasonings, I like to add whole cloves of garlic near the end of cooking time. Makes for a nice treat. I said a small batch, I have had a bowl of this goodness for 3 days in a row for dinner. When it's good, it's good!
