Hasselback cut chicken breasts griddled with a spicy honey glaze over salad. Chicken served over a nice cool crisp salad with fresh strawberries and a strawberry vinaigrette. Seasoned the slices with Cajun Bait Sweet Creole Onion Blend and toward the end of the cook glazed them with a spicy honey glaze. Used delicious fresh Ponchatoula Louisiana strawberries. This was so good I think i"ll make it again this weekend.
