Monday, I made the starter. This time I used 1 cup of unsalted potato water from a potato cook.Added one cup of white whole wheat flour and a pinch of yeast. Tuesday I made the dough with bread flour and the rest of the ing. Wednesday I baked the bread. Here it is out the oven. One end oven springed more then the other end. Still has a nice oven rise. Thursday I sliced the loaf up and looking good. And yes I had some test taste with butter and more for that night dinner.
