Not too many photos.. Again, I make the starter on Friday. The dough on Saturday. And the loaf of bread on Sunday. The starter was one cup whey(from making yogurt cheese), one cup white whole wheat flour, and a pinch of yeast. This is what the starter looked like Saturday before making the dough. I tilted the bowl for the photo. Fast forward to Sunday, and the bread is out the oven cooling on a wire rack. One view. Another view. Monday morning, time for slicing, and a taste test. Very soft crumb, and a nice chewy crust. What can I say, this is a good loaf of bread, YUM!
