This time I used only King Arthur bread flour. And I made it it in one day instead of 3 days. Been a while since I didn't add whole wheat flour to the mix. I woke up in the middle of the night, Sat/Sun, and kept thinking, make bread, make bread, make bread. Well here it is. Nice crumb and crust. I already ate the nose with some butter. This bread makes the best toast with butter and jelly. Man this is a good loaf.
