Cold smoked some cheese today. Did some Dubliner, White Cheddar, Provolone, Parmesan, Colby-Jack, and Pepper Jack. Gave them 3.5 hours with the CSG using apple dust. I'll vac seal them and let them sit for at least 2 weeks. CSG lit and ready Cold smoking

Vindi, that is not nice, not nice at all that I cannot enjoy some ;D. I never tried doing this. Going on my list-JimZ

Vindi, that is not nice, not nice at all that I cannot enjoy some ;D. I never tried doing this. Going on my list-JimZ You have to try some. I wasnt sure how it would be and after I smoked the first batch and brought them it they smelled really strong. After they sit for a week or 2 they start to mellow out and really taste great. My daughter calls it the stinky cheese. But she loves to eat it...
