I meant to make a starter Friday night but forgot. Again Saturday, I was going to make a starter for Sunday bread making, forgot. So Sunday I decided to make my pizza dough recipe that I turned into a loaf of bread 35 years ago, that got me started on bread making. First time in a while I used 100% white bread flour. Here is the dough ball waiting for a rise. Two hours later the dough had a nice rise. Turned the dough on to the counter for some gentle folding, stretching, and kneading. Shaped the dough into a loaf and rolled it around in some sesame seeds. Time for a second rise. Another hour or so. Before slashing the loaf I brushed a egg white wash on the loaf and added more sesame seeds. Time for the oven. In and out the oven and looking good. Nice tap on the bottom gave a good hollow sound. Crumb is soft and a chewy crust. Got to have the nose with some butter. Ooh, that was good.

Georgia, the wind must of been blowing from the South Shore to the North Shore. This loaf is going to make some good toast.
