Cajun Venison or Wild Game Burgers Inspired by my Brother in law Keith
1 lb. of ground Venison Add 1/2 of Bell Pepper chopped very fine about a 3/4” thick slice onion chopped very fine 2 green onions chopped fine 5 Mushrooms chopped very fine (Optional) 1 egg (raw) to hold together 1 1/2 Tablespoons or more of Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon or more of Tabasco Chipotle pepper Sauce 1/2 teaspoon or more of Garlic Powder sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon or more of Tony Chachere’s original Creole Seasoning over the 1 lb. of ground Venison
(Option) can add a little Cheyene Pepper if wanting Hotter or add sliced Jalapeno pepper Mix all the ingredients above, mix well then make into patties after making patties add more Tony Chachere’s original Creole Seasoning on both sides of patty this will add more flavor to taste when grilling burgers
Cook on a grill using Oak or Pecan at about 350 to 400 for about 20 minutes turning often to get a good Oak or Pecan smoke on Venison Burgers
Serve on a Bun with Mustard and a good Bar BQ Sauce with Bacon and Cheese ,Pickles , Onions, Tomatoes, Lettuce what ever you are inspired to do. Enjoy Lester
