[King Arthur starter is still alive and well after being fed Nice dough ball ready for a rise That guy looks like it has lots of gas Two nice loafs looking for a second rise Into the hot box to bake Now this looks like some good lunch bread Can not wait till tomorrow for breakfast toast-JimZ

Thanks Nate. I used the King Arthur Sour Dough Ciabatta recipe with a little tweak. I increased the oil to 2 Tbs olive oil and I added 2tbs honey and a 1/4 cup of KA bakers milk powder. l am still learning how to do this. That is why I keep trying -JimZ

Thanks Vindi. Had my first sample today for breakfast toast and brown bag lunch sandwich with some London Broil I grilled. This recipe is a keeper with my tweaks. You look like a good breadmaker also. Would enjoy any tips -JimZ
