Caj sent me some New Orleans olive salad so I had to try a muffuletta. There is nowhere in Milwaukee that you can buy a muffuletta round shaped bread so I had to improvise. I think I did good for a northern boy. I used mozzarella, salami, mortadella, ham, and provolone with the olive salad Olive salad Really good Sammy. Olive salad really puts it over the top. My wife even liked it and she is pretty picky. Thanks Caj.

I'd say you did a pretty darn good job with that sandwich! I like how you put the olive salad on the top and bottom on the bread. I've done them on regular poor boy bread and seeded(St. Joseph)bread and they're pretty good that way too. Glad you liked it!!

Vindi that Muff is nice. I have to say I like a muff better on Dognac's St Joe's bread than a Muffaletta loaf. That bread looks great. Vindi, did you send Nate some Brats -JimZ

Here's my attempt at the bread. Came out good. I think I may have flattened it out a little too much but it will work. Going to make a good sammy for lunch this week.
