Today my wife's women's group at church(Daughter's of Isabella)are having their quarterly mass at noon. Afterwards they are having a Pot Luck meal and I volunteered to make a bread pudding for her to bring. This started two days ago when I bought two loaves of French bread to allow it to go stale. I'll skip the rest of the process but here it is ready to go into the oven. Oh, I accidently made too much so I guess I'll just bake the excess for us here at home later. ;D And I also whipped up a lil rum sauce to go on top.

Goodness me Nate. The pecans are a nice touch, they are so good. I think you made a lot of Women Happy. Ooh. that doesn't sound right. You put a smile on their faces with great baking!

Well, they made the house smell so darn good while baking. Here's the one we brought to the pot luck. It all disappeared and everyone loved it. I'll have to get a serving picture of the one I kept here at home later.

I almost forgot about the serving picture. I heated both the bread pudding and the rum sauce in the microwave so the sauce being warm got a lil thin.
