Ground up one of the tri-tip for some burgers. Bosch Grinder Tri-tip chopped Course grind Pattys Kegging Eats Tons a flavor compared to a normal burger. I hit them with a ton a smoke and I'm thinking I would skip the smoke next time but otherwise I really liked them. Nice change from a normal burger.

You cant beat fresh ground tri-tip burgers Vindi and those look killer!!!! I am so glad to see you used Real cheese and not that American cheese food crap ;D

Vindi, you did a nice job with the Tri Tip burgers. Sending you a point for them. Fantastic looking meal!
I actually prefer using a medium sized plate for burgers. Just don't pack the patty so tight and I find them more tender and juicy. Some say they fall apart but, with practice they come out great.
