Pick this up at RD. Trimmed and seasoned Seared on one keg at 600 Moved to the other keg at 300 with some smoke. Pulled at 132 IT. Wrapped and rested overnight Sliced thin Came out really good. Nice smoke flavor. Sammy’s coming soon.

Vindi, what does RD stand for? Eye of round is one of my favorite cuts of beef. One of the local food critic here thinks it is trash. What does he know. That babie looks beautiful. Cut across the grain the only way to slice eye of round so tender and tasty. Great job Vindi. Damn you just made me hungry and I just ate dinner ;D-JimZ

Jim, I'm betting Vindi is referring to RD, Restaurant Depot.
Vindi, that sliced meat makes me want to go out and get an eye of round and cook it up just to get a sandwich out of it. Nicely done!!
