Like I said i another post I love cooking. This morning I started with putting a pot of white beans on to cook for a weeknight meal. Beans are one of those things that get better after they are cooked and eaten the next day or so. First you have to start with the right good ingredients. Gotta have a cold adult beverage when cooking too! Then you have to saute the seasonings in a lil butter ;D Added the wings with a seasoned coating I made up and let them cook at about 300* for a while Almost done and ready to eat. Crispy and spicy good! Then you add you meats. Cubed ham, tasso and andouille I had about a quart of turkey stock left from the stock I made the other night so I used that and about two more cups of water to cook the beans down with. Done! Of course I had to taste them and they are really good. While cooking the beans I had put a rack of ribs on(forgot to get pics on the grill)wrapped them in foil for aboput an hour and then sauced them. Came out pretty good if I must say so.
