This past Saturday was another beautiful evening. Picked up a nice London Broil at Zapardoes again. Get that guy seasoned with some Kosher salt, fresh ground course pepper, and Hungarian hot paprika. Let that sit for a while. Time to chop a goodly amount of garlic and ginger for the marinade Meat goes in the wet stuff made with lime juice, olive oil, brown sugar, soy, oyster sauce, and some chopped green onions out the yard to marinate for a while While that is going on have to put a red pepper to grill on the apple wood chucks. That was put in a ice bath and cleaned, juliened and into a bowl with salt, pepper, olive oil, and red wine vinegar Time to put the London Broil on Things looking good. That is a foil pack of diced spuds, onion, garlic, and cheeze, and some butter and liquid. When done goes in a bowl with sour cream and parika Get the vegis on to grill Turn those guys over for the swiss This was a very tender cut of meat sliced right The rest sliced up for a Poorboy latter in the week and my lunch meat All I can say is yum-JimZ
