This is some really good barbie sauce that I was lucky to get in a trade for my hot sauce. Thanks Lee. Last weekend I decided to make some mini meat loafs for the barbie. I used one pound of home double coarse ground chuck and one half pound of Zapardoes's ground pork. After I formed the mini 8 0unce foot balls I stuffed swiss and chedder in the top. First thing to go on the grill was a link of my spicy country sage sausage to inderect hot smoke with apple chunks Looks like a party in there Every thing is almost done The finishing touch, Uncle Lee Zing Sauce on the mini loafs Some poorboy bread went on to go with that foil pack of garlic. Also roasted a red pepper before I put the sausage on and sliced up and put in a bowl with olive oil and a little red wine vinegar. Another yum day-JimZ
