Ok I'm from Illinois. Had some Cajun food (I think). Has anyone tried these seasoning? The one is really good on Chicken and the other really spices things up. Any ideas? Up here we don't know what fresh seafood is so we have to use frozen. Attachments:

I can't say I have but, I can't say I haven't either. There are so many seasonings down here it's crazy! Let me know when you need more and I'll pick some up for you. Gotta be cheaper than buying onliune and shipping. One of my new favorites is called Frere' Jean, It's salt free and very flavorful.

That's it! Their seafood gumbo seasoning is supposed to be really good too.
