Last Sunday I made a small batch of Noel Rush's Sausage with a 8# Boston Butt. Got the roast all cut up and seasoned, ready for the grinder. All finished and stuffed. Ready to put in the ice box over night to blend the flavors. Test patties were pretty good. A little saltier then I like, but not bad. Fire up that grill baby ;D-JimZ

Looks great to me. I still have the recipe you sent me. Need to make sausage soon. How do I get more time in a day?

Vindi, how can I get more time in a day. Man, I have that same problem, then add in work. My idea has been for a 8 day calender week with 5 days work 3 days off -JimZ
