I soaked 4 pounds of stew meat in 3/4 of a bottle of Teriyaki sauce plus 1 scant tsp of # 1 cure and 1 TSP of cayenne pepper for about 12 hours, then put it on the Bradley smoker for 2 hours of pure pecan smoke After 5 hours I shellacked them with some more Veri veri Teriyaki (you gotta say it like elmer fudd about 30 times to get the wife goin) ;D 3/4 of the batch done after 7 hours and I'm givin the rest another hour All done in the Bradley smoker with no Mods, Warrantys up in Oct., Mods coming soon ;D
