Last Sunday bread making was King Arthur's Rustic Sour Dough. I used a ratio of 30% whole wheat to 70% bread flour+-. All King Arthur flour. Also felt light some grains in there. I added dill seed to the dry ing. I also used buttermilk for the liquid. Here are the mix of seeds I am toasting, sunflower, flaxseed, and mustard seed. Starter was feed and left on my screen porch over night. Looks good. My screened porch, now needs to be rescreened. Dough ball ready to go back on the porch for a few hours. Hot bread out the oven!! I think it came out pretty good. Happy with this bake. Finished off the first loaf this morning with a fried egg and cheeze sammie ;D-JimZ

Ohhh..... yea!!!!! That should make for some delish sandwiches especially with bbq pulled pork.
