I hope you enjoy Vindi! I wrote instructions for you. After I taped up the box, I looked down at my desk. What is that sheet of paper folded up. I unfolded it and said to my self "You Dumb Pollack". Oh well, so here goes. Refrigerate the sauce after opening. Use it like steak sauce or ketchup. Love it with grill pork chop, bake or fried chicken, steak, etc. Just take a sugar teaspoon and put some on your plate or on top of what you cooked. You can rub it all over your meat before grilling. makes good jerk any thing. The dried Tabascos: run thru your food processor for pepper flakes. Try that on your great pizzas. Or just chop up and add to what ever your cooking or your rubs. Saute in oil for hot oil. Put some in a bottle with apple cider vinegar and let sit for awhile. One more, I have been wanting to try this but never have so far. Simmer in apple cider vinegar with pickling spices and make more sauce. I think the dried peppers would would have a different taste then using fresh peppers. Got to try that some day and see. Vindi have a great weekend. You out a ;D on my mug-JimZ ps: I forgot to say, good looking tacos. Ever try making them on your grill in a cast iron pan, and warming the shells on the grill too? YUM
