Yes Key I make hot sauce with all my peppers. I have never had this many at onetime of my Tabascos. I was a little shocked when I came home from work. that is about 5 batches of 4- 8ounce jelly jars. Well I said to my self, you need to dry a good bit of them. Got four trays loaded. that only cut into about a third of the picking. Makes great crushed pepper flakes ;D-JimZ

Nice crop of peppers Jim! I have a bunch on my bushes but, they're still green and yellow. I do have a bunch of habaneros,
Try making a simple pepper vinegar. Just put the whole peppers in a jar and add the hot vinegar solution and let sit for a month or two. Great on stuff like beans.

Jess come over, it not that far of a walk. Yes you are right Nate. I like to put the green ones in a bottle vinegar for beans. Oh so yum. That mild winter was great for the peppers -JimZ
