The Fundamental Techniques of Classic Bread Baking by French Culinary Institute and Matthew Septimus The last few months I have had several distractions that got in the way of having a giveaway but, NOW it's time to have one. So, beginning today and since it's so late into the month we'll let this on go until June 30, 2012. As with the contests in the past, to to be entered all you need to do is be a member of the forum here and actively participate in posting. This is a very nice book that I'm sure will make a great cookbook addition to any collection and will help to improve your bread baking experience.

I just thought about adding something to "SPICE" up the Giveaway. Yesterday, I finished making up a few of the different rubs I make so I'll add a couple of those in the package.

I haven't forgotten about picking the winner. I have to do it at the office where I saved all entries since the start of the giveaway. I'll get it done today. Got some work to get out this morning.

Maybe I'll try one for the rubs tonight on the chops I'm making. Which one do you recommend?

Pork? I'd give the Wild Citrus a try. Taste it before applying so you know how much you'll want to use. Let me know what you think. Enjoy!(I hope. Lol.....)
