Time for some sausage making. Had none to put on the grill yesterday . That coffee grinder is older then me . I use it for grinding spices. Does a real good job. Got the splice blend made. It is waiting for the garlic Can not have some good Kielbasa with out a tiny bit of garlic And walla!!! I think I might enjoy some of this ;D-JimZ

Looks Awesome JimZ, Now If you could just Slide that cool Grinder to the left a bit I could see your recipe and I wouldn't have to ask you for it

Looking good Jim. I did 65lb of sausage yesterday. I'll have a post up in a day or two.
What size casing do you use?

Very nice! Point!!! It's time for me to make some sausage here too. Maybe in the next week or two. I'm thinking "Hot Sausage".
