Bought a 12 count case of Mangos last week that were on sale for $4.99. The Misses put up 6 jars this week. Now to make some bread for toast ;D. Feed the sour dough starter last night. I tell you what that girl can can can. JimZ

Now that Sounds good, I think I may have tried mango jam when I lived in hawaii. I'm not a big Jam/jelly eater anymore since I grew up on Peanut butter and jelly Sandwiches but those jars of jam look real refreshing !!

That does look really good! I bet some homemade biscuits would go great with that and a couple fresh eggs. Hmmm.... interested in swapping some fresh yard eggs for a jar?
