Could not make up my mind what kind of bread I wanted to make this weekend for lunch this week. Then Nate sent me a email asking for recipes for whole wheat bread so he could make a loaf for a diabetic friend. So he inspired me to make some whole wheat, thanks Nate. Again using King Arthur Premium Whole Wheat flour. Got a nice dough ball and a little more then double rise. Loaves are formed and ready for a second ris Out the oven and cooling. Next morning time to slice up for lunch week Lunch meat this week is some of the pork loin I BBQed Saturday. Vindi I bet this would make a good BLT :)JimZ
