Put this on today. Using a new wood. Manzanita it from the apple wood family. Told it was a good wood to smoke with. Well we'll find out.

16 hrs 250* Pulled wrapped in foil and towel in the cooler to rest. The finish cut doesn't have bark on it because we couldn't help ourselves "we ate it" Notice no smoke ring can't figure that one out. The wood itself smoked for over 8 hours. The wood in a mild flavor. Indirect cook on the grate. It came out great tender and moist.
