Same here. I'm still getting Tabasco peppers. I guess I need to bottle some hot pepper vinegar soon. Jim, thanks for the link to the article!

Interesting article. I have been thinking of starting a few pepper plants myself, anyone have any experience with the Cayennes?

Yes Shane have grown all types of hoti peppers over the years. Chili peppers have good heat depending of variety and growing conditions. They are a thin wall pepper. Better for chopping fresh for a meal, very good for drying whole for what ever, or making hot sauce. Shane what area of the country do you live in. Ill also check out that book. I live in south Louisiana. Peppers are such a staple that it makes sense to be able to grow my own and create sauces or dry them, etc.
