Just found a local farmer offering fat from his berkshire hogs. Got 20lbs coming for .60 lb.

Looks great! I bet that would be nice smoked and melted down to cook with. Like bacon drippings.

I decided to take 50lb of the berk fat. I think I'll make some lard too.
Something wrong with me if Im excited about pork fat...
