Bought some King Arthur Sir Lancerlot High gluten flour this past week with the free shipping deal as well as other things I needed from KA. Here is the team I got together for Sunday's bread making fun. First time using the malt. Also used the egg yolk in the dough after seperating from the white for the seed glue Nice little dough ball waiting for a rise The dough had a good rise dere. That is a dough ball of whole wheat pasta on the lower left for pierogies later Got a nice shape on the loaf for the second rise My goodness, the loaf made it's own shape in the oven. Slice some up the next morning for work lunches That is my new Dexter bread knife I included with the KA order. Nice knife-JimZ
