I think that London Broil is my favorite cut of beef, not including steaks, for the grill. Picked up another nice one at Zuppardoes. First gotta pick some rabbit food out the garden for a side salad Just splashed on some lime juice, Kosher salt, fresh ground pepper, and a little or a lot of red pepper Take me to the fire Things are looking good. Time to move aside for inderect grilling The spuds are doing well. Simple zuke kabobs with onions and Good Seasonings Garlic dressing for the marinade I think I am rested and ready for Slicing up That was one tender piece of meat and oh so good ;D-JimZ

It is also great for jerky! Nice cook Jimz! Oh this too---nice garden.
