Well here we go again. Got the troops ready Toasting the sunflower seeds a little Got that dough ball doing its thing Taking the babies temp. Rising to 195 to 200 degrees Sliced up pretty good What can I say, I am spoiled by my different go to work lunch breads-JimZ

Im not much for wheat bread but it does look good. Seem that I like to bake bread more this time of year and winter. Not sure why...

Vindi, being a 3rd generation Pollack I grew up on rye bread. So I like these other types of breads also. What really got me making 100% whole wheat bread lately was a co worker who is diabetic, who I share a loaf with. Before that I used a mix of 2 cups bread flower to one cup whole wheat. I still like my 100% white flour breads as well. It is just a change up every few weeks -JimZ
