Got to have fresh Kielbasa for Christmas. It's a Polish thing. Made the sausage last Tuesday. In the fridge they go over night to blend the flavors. Got lots of garlic in the mix. Makes the house smell good. Now to get these ropes into smaller portion sizes. I got about 7 pounds in links and one pound of bulk sausage divided up into 1/4 lb patties. In the freezer they went for future meals.
