Good timing got this Stuff made before the start of the Saint's game. One bad note, all the photos of the process making the sausage did not get on my dig. camera. Been having this problem, time for a new one? Well this is the photo I took this morning of a one 7lbs butt pork butt made into that good stuff, sausage I put it in my narrow tall stock pot to save room in the ice box over night before linking and freezing-JimZ

Ive took my sausage stuffer into work to drill and countersink some hole to mount it too a cutting board. Like most things it sat here for a couple months before I finally did it last week. Should be back into the sausage making biz soon.
