Vindi response to my last post on these guys put me in the mood to make them again. That and I just double ground 5lbs of top round roast. I started with some dried bread crumbs from my sour dough whole wheat grain bread. Added some butter milk and herbs to the crumbs Chopped up the onion, bell pepper, garlic, tomatoes I mixed 30 % store ground pork to 70% my ground beef with the egg and grated romano 8 ounce mini loaves are stuffed with cheeze and waiting their turn Old girl is smoking away with the pecan wood. Home made spicy sage sausage and red bell pepper is waiting there turn I have a hard time not roasting a red bell once a week, love them as you might have noticed Pepper iced down and cleaned. Now it is time to hot smoke the sausage Things looking good Man I was not ready for the time change this week. It got dark so fast and I did not have my barbie light. I was guessing what I was taking a photo of and could not see to spread the chili sauce on the mini loaves Well it still came out good with the roasted spud halves and mashed Louisiana sweet spuds-JimZ

You temped me with the first post but now I don't have a choice. I have to make some this week.
I think I have a bit of ground lamb in the freeze that I may have to sneak into them.
Great cook again.
